This is the latest guidance from NYCEIP Good morning, I wanted to touch base with you to let you know that we have still not heard from the State but the state continues to escalate the question.... However, we at the NYC department of health have interpreted that EI is an essential service and EI providers are an essential business. Therefore, we are advising that providers continue to operate under that interpretation unless we hear otherwise from the State Department of Health.
