MET District, It has been an honor and a privilege to serve as the District's Administrative Assistant over the past almost 3 years. It is that time again to register for the Day of Dance Conference. This year the Day of Dance Conference will be held at St. Paul's United Methodist Church at 3714 Avenue D, Brooklyn, NY 11203, on May 5-6, 2017, from 6-9 and 9-4 respectively. The Day of Dance Workshop is designed to teach churches about the meaning and purpose of liturgical dance, and to provide basics in choreography to participants. This workshop is open to everyone including those with physical challenges ...who may have doubts about their ability to participate in dance. The workshop offers courses for the novice; and for those who are immediate or professional dancers in addition to those with limited abilities to use what they have to worship God through dance.
