It is that time again to register for the Day of Dance Conference. This year the Day of Dance Conference will be held at St. Paul's United Methodist Church at 3714 Avenue D, Brooklyn, NY 11203, on May 5-6, 2017, from 6-9 and 9-4 respectively. The Day of Dance Workshop is designed to teach churches about the meaning and purpose of liturgical dance, and to provide basics in choreography to participants. This workshop is open to everyone including those with physical challenges ...who may have doubts about their ability to participate in dance. The workshop offers courses for the novice; and for those who are immediate or professional dancers in addition to those with limited abilities to use what they have to worship God through dance. Another workshop goal is to prepare those who agree to participate in the NYAC with choreography. Please register at www.nyac.com/eventdetail/7418330 to join us! We look forward to our time together. Dinner, Breakfast and Lunch will be provided. In need of accommodations, please contact me at [email protected]. Many blessings, Rev. Sheila M. Beckford
