Mothers and Daughters make a great team when they decide to train together with their Trainer. Many family members like to do this. Not only is it fun, but also a great way to inspire each other and maintain the motivation. I love training couples and relatives together. If they're not being competitive, they're pushing each other through the workout. These are some of the things that takes the Workout my job (hope you got that pun), Hehe
