Michael's Barbershop & Salon

I am sad to inform everyone that as of January 1st, 2020, Michael’s Barbershop and Salon will be CLOSED for business. Our lease is coming to an end in a few months and after much thought and discussion with my wife, it is time to move on and begin a new chapter. As many of you know, I have 2 kids, Vito (3) and Adriana (10 months) and my biggest reason for my decision is to be able to have more time to spend with them and watch them grow. Being able to close the shop on my own... terms is something I am proud to be able to do, especially since it is all for good reasons and family is most important. The past 8 years have been wonderful and I have had the pleasure of meeting so many people and families, especially local ones that I have been able to create great relationships with. I have been able to see many of my younger clients grow into awesome kids and that will always be something I’ll cherish because things like that are very important and made my days at the shop worth going to day after day, and now I hope to experience much more of that with my own kids. I can not begin to express how grateful I am for everyone that has continued to support us throughout the years and made the shop as successful as it was! I could not have done it without everyone’s constant support and loyalty and I will always be grateful for that! I truly hope the services that we have been able to provide for you over the last 8 years has been something you all have appreciated as much as I have enjoyed being able to provide you. To my employee’s, who are more than just employee’s, they have become and will remain family, thank you for all of your help and everything else you have done for me, particularly over this past year and I am beyond grateful! With that said, we will be working normal days and hours through New Year’s Eve and we look forward to being able to see as many of you as we can over the next 2 months

April 3rd, 2012 we opened our doors for our first day of business!! With 7 years in the books and year number 8 starting today, I just want to say thank you to ALL of our loyal clients throughout the years!! I’ve been able to form many friendships with people, watch some of my favorite little clients grow up to be not so little anymore, graduating high school or college, driving, etc. I also want to thank my family (relatives and work) for all of there continued support and... help with keeping things going, I truly couldn’t do it without you all, especially my wife, Lauren Salituro Stellini, for ALL the behind the scenes work she does in keeping us operating!! I hope things continue on an upward path and that you all get to enjoy the ride with us!! I would also like to take this chance to briefly mention that by the end of this May, we will adding a new member to our family. He is a talented barber with close to 10 years in the business. He does wonderful work (clippers and scissors) and is going to be a great fit with us ALL (employees and clients) I look forward to him starting with us and for you all to get to meet him. Last but certainly not least, happy birthday to my good friend/paisan, Carl Garofolo!! I have the honor of sharing my anniversary date with Carl on this day and I always said I wouldn’t ever forget your bday now, lol. Hope you enjoy yourself brother and get to have a little fun!
