Authentic Movement group in Huntington office starting up again on Thursday September 17th at 11:15am-12:45. Message or call me if you are interested in coming ...home to yourself this fall. -Heart Cave- I must remember to go down to the heart cave and sweep it clean, make it warm with a fire on the hearth and the candles in their niches, the pictures on the walls glowing with a quiet light. I must remember to go down to the heart cave and make the bed with a quilt from home, strew rushes on the floor, and hang the lavender and sage from the corners. I must go down to the heart cave and be there when you come. By: Geoffrey Brown See more

"if she paused and asked and listened, the moments soft whisper would turn her toward everything she's always been, all of it there, waiting quietly inside." Julia Fehrenbacher
