Sometimes my perfectionism gets on a completely new level and then I spend at least 20 minutes on drawing the lips shape that will get wiped off in minutes as soon as I start working. But! I like all things beautiful, what can I do It seems easy to draw but it’s also easy to create a mess. Ok girls, let’s talk Microblading vs. Combo brows Microblading is better for those with dry or normal skin types and for those who have brow hair but want the shape slightly corrected, or want to add to the shape they already have Combo brows will suit ANY type of skin and especially for those who have very sparse/uneven brows or missing parts of the brow! The COMBO brows combines Microblading with shading which makes the brow appear fuller and more voluminous as oppos...ed to just the flat brow strokes created by Microblading. Personally, it’s my favorite technique! I think it creates a better looking brow as it makes them look naturally full and fluffy. I have to confess. I’m not in love with instagram. Past few months were a bit crazy for me. I disappeared from all social media but I worked very hard. As soon as lockdown was lifted in the beginning of July, my work blew up. Whole July and August was completely booked from morning until night, almost every single day. So many days I worked from 10am to 10pm non-stop. That’s without any advertising, without making a single post! I just had a flow of clients, everyone wanted ...eyebrows People wondered if I worked cause I didn’t post, but I worked all the time! I was tired but work felt good after staying at home for almost 4 months. I struggled to succeed everywhere - motherhood, work, business, personal life. I gave up plenty of things which I’ve decided were not priority at that time and instagram was one of them. I didn’t want to post my work. It had to be perfect, perfect collages, perfect skin edits. It does take me a long time to choose a photo and edit it as I use 5-6 apps for each photo. There was no time for that. I hated instagram for this constant race to post more, to show more, to film more. I flew out of country to my parents for the whole month of September to relax a bit and give myself a break. And came back in October to the same madness I left from Only now I feel that I’m catching my breath little by little. I still live life on the run, and I mean I often literally run not to be late between work, daycare, home, appointments... It looks...crazy. I still struggle with multitasking but I’m trying my best. I even started blocking a day or two in my schedule so no one books to give myself a day off. And it feels good! I’m very thankful to that higher power that keeps me booked without being visible on media. But damn it, I do want to win that Instagram hustle. And those thousands of photos in my phone are crying for me every day I’ll be there... one day.
