We’re wrapping up our celebration of our amazing Veterinary Receptionists by spotlighting Ariella! Ella, as you may know her, has been a Client Care Specialist at Middlehope for four years. She is the proud mom of two mixed breeds, Otto and Ant-Twon (you can follow all their adventures at @mr_otto_roboto.) Ella has a special interest in canine behavior and is currently completing the Karen Pryor Academy course in dog training. She loves talking to clients about their dogs’ behavior to help them have a more positive, comfortable experience when visiting us. We are a better hospital because you are part of it and we appreciate everything you do, Ella!

We are continuing our celebration of our fabulous veterinary receptionists by spotlighting Avery! Avery has been a beloved member of the Middlehope Veterinary Family since 2018. When she’s not at work, you can find her climbing mountains - literally! She’s on a mission to climb all of the Adirondack High Peaks and so far she has cconquered 8. Avery’s favorite part of being a Client Care Representative at Middlehope is watching puppies thrive and grow from adorable babies to healthy, well-mannered adult dogs.
