Midstate will be closed on Monday May 31st for Memorial Day. We will reopen Tuesday June 1st at 7:30.

On April 20, 2021 at 2pm we will be without computers for a couple of hours. We wanted to let you know in case you want to fill prescriptions, make appointments, etc. before that day and time as we will not be able to do so while they are down. Our phones will not be affected during this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are now offering online scheduling for small animal appointments. You can go right to our website www.midstatevet.com and there is an icon on the homepage to walk you through the process. If you are new client please be sure to fill out the new client form.

We are now offering two way texting. You can also go to the App Store and download Pet Health Network App for free. Once you have that open we will send you a code to get you started. You will be able to request appointments, prescription refill, etc.
