All information on our website is uptodate If it doesn’t let you book it, that means we don’t have any availability for your desired date and time... It shows availability only one month ahead, why? Yes, that’s correct, our online booking opens only one month ahead, we did it in purpose, so our nail technicians can plan their plans/take day off, or go on vacation without cancelling clients. Also we try to sign our regular clients during the appointment time. I saw a post that you have available spot tomorrow, but the website doesn’t let me sign in? in order to accommodate all of the people, our online booking closes 24 hours before appointment, so if we get cancellation you will have to text us in order to book that spot. I tried to cancel my appointment for tomorrow but the website doesn’t let me to do that? Our policies work that way: we accept at least 24hrs cancellations, so that means if the website does not let you do that, it means it’s already less then 24 hours before your appointment.
