To our amazing Preschool, Elementary, and High School teachers and assistants, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much for everything you do! Our school would not be running if it weren't for your devotion and hard work. The way you love your students and truly push for their success is inspiring. You are the heart of MBYA.

Dear MBYA Family, Today, Yom Hazikaron, is an important day in our school. So many of us call Israel our home. And so many of us have served that home proudly. That is why it is even more important for our school to take the time to remember and honor those who lost their lives defending Israel. Today, we, along with the State of Israel, stop to mourn our dead and honor their legacy. The juxtaposition of Yom Hazikaron directly followed by Yom Haatzmaut, Israel’s Independence Day, is a gut-wrenching reminder that without the first, we would not have the second. Following Israel's sirens for our fallen soldiers, please take a moment of silence at 1pm to remember everything they have given for us. In addition, please use the link below to receive a name of a soldier to light a candle for today. https://israelsfallen.com/
