I am saddened, shocked and dismayed to have to post this again. Verbal abuse, threats of violence and inappropriate behavior will absolutely NOT be tolerated here at Mill Basin Veterinary Clinic. Please know that we are doing our best here to accommodate all of our clients & patients. Our staff members are working very hard to make sure that all of our patients are treated with kindness and love. Please respectfully wear a mask or face covering when communicating with our staff members in person. Our technicians are running in and out of the clinic to deliver patients, receipts and medications to the appropriate clients. Please understand that once you check in with one of our staff members, we will come back to you in a timely fashion. Please be respectful & patient. That is all we ask.
