Miller's Grove "Shortys"

Hello out there to all of our friends near and far, we hope this post finds you and your families well. We just wanted to take a moment to update our wonderful customers and community on our plans for resuming business. Despite the WNY region’s pending transition into Phase Three of reopening, The Grove will not be reopening until we can operate safely at or near 100% capacity. Like most other dine-in restaurants, we rely heavily on volume and table turnover in order to ma...ke our margins. We also have limited space in the building in terms of our ability to properly distance tables to ensure the safety of our guests and staff. The safety of our customers and staff are our top priorities and those will be determining factors on when and how we are able to open. Additionally, the increase in food costs over the past few months and the new, necessary expense of plentiful, effective PPE equipment for guests and staff are cost of operation factors that we must consider at this time. Although we would like to open the first moment we are legally permitted, it simply won’t work for us. Rest assured, we will be reopening when the time is right and we look forward to that day. In the meantime, please keep our staff in your thoughts and please keep up your support of the locally owned restaurants that are open. Be safe and take care of each other, see you soon. Hi everyone! Just a friendly hello from our family to yours. We miss the staff and customers dearly. Without you, it doesn't feel the same! We are very sorry to announce that we will be closing The Grove entirely, effective immediately, for the foreseeable future in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. While this was not an easy decision, the health of our families and community far outweighs any financial implications that may arise down the road. We will use the down time to give this old building a little extra tender, loving care and we look forward to seeing you all on the other side of this uncertainty for a drink and a bite to eat here at The Grove. UPDATE: Our new temporary hours in response to COVID-19: Monday - Sunday 5:00 - 8:00... All orders must be placed by 7:30 to be ready for pick-up by our 8:00 closing time. During this time, our entire menu (available on our Facebook page) will be available for take-out order by calling 716-569-2212. All orders must be placed by 7:30 in order to be ready by our 8:00 closing time. We will NOT be serving ANY food or drink in the building and restrooms will be closed to the public. As a result, any reservations that have been placed with us for the immediate future will be cancelled. We are very sorry. Please keep our wonderful staff in your thoughts, 100% OF ANY AND ALL TIPS RECEIVED DURING THIS TAKE-OUT ONLY PERIOD WILL GO TO OUR SERVERS. Be safe and take care of each other.
