This insight from one of our Year 7 mentees seems more relevant than ever as our young people navigate massive changes this year: "People don't understand that ...it's really hard for me just to get through a regular day at school. That's why I watch YouTube when I get home." School can be such a demanding experience for so many young people. It's important that they have the time and space to decompress in a manner that works for them.
