We worked with General Mills & Ten35 on elevating Black voices on a platform where creators accused the app of taking down and suppressing content, in the midst of Black Lives Matter protests, for anything seemingly controversial. We're proud to be part of #BlackVoicesCreate
Adam Gerhart talks to Ad Age's Jeanine Poggi about leadership lessons for a global organization, the power of intentional media and good growth for brands, our people, and more: For us, it’s certainly about good growth. It’s helping our clients be able to grow their business, but not just today, not just tomorrow, but for the next quarter, the next year, the next decade. Helping them do that is a matter of preparedness, by understanding what consumers are doing, but also how their own business operates. Watch the recap
We're honored! "MediaPost is naming Mindshare its Media Agency of the Year, for the second consecutive year for making empathy its guiding force. And not just for applying empathy to its own and its clients’ organizations, but for the greater world they exist in." http://bit.ly/MindshareAOTY #TeamMindshare
#TeamMindshare's Autumn Nazarian tells us her best advice about working differently: "Take breaks. Give yourself permission to feel off-kilter; it’s a very normal reaction to an abnormal situation. But reach out if you need a helping hand." This, and more from Autumn: https://bit.ly/AutumnNazarian
Mara Greenwald, Director, Shop+, tells us four ways to drive success this holiday season: "It will be unlike any other, and simply adapting an e-commerce-first mindset won’t be enough to succeed" #TeamMindshare Campaign US https://t.co/RNSjwvnv0b?amp=1
#TeamMindshare is united in the fight for social justice. We believe we that discrimination, oppression & inequities towards people of different race, ethnicity, gender, sexuality, abilities, age or any other differences, have no place in the world. This year for Mindshare Day, we're doing things differently. We've set up over 20 'rooms', recreating many serendipitous environments that we miss, but also giving teams the opportunity to lead discussions on social justice and what our hopes are for the future, but also a place for us to chat, catch up and see people we haven't seen in a really long time.
"It’s clear that when Gen Z finds disparity between what a brand says and does, they will call them out in a form of pressure cultureas they actually want to see brands change." - Check out some of the great insights from #TeamMindshare's Kate Rominger on brand authenticity, maintaining friendships during COVID, and more in this interview with Wattpad: https://w.tt/34IaEEb

Meet #TeamMindshare’s Rocio Munoz. She tells us how #ProvocationWithPurpose resonates with her every day, what she’s excited about in media right now and how her mom inspires her. My mom has always been my inspiration, and she shared a piece of advice with me that I always remember: Never give up on chasing a dream, accomplishing it, and finding a new one to chase. Being someone who comes from a Latino background, I truly think that she sets a great example of strong women within our ethnic group. Which is why I'd like to call her my hero; she has provided me with so much support that gives me the drive that I need to progress in personal life, my career and be an example to other Latino women to dream big and go after what you want in life. https://bit.ly/RocioMunoz
