Minerva Youth Program

REMINDER ***EALY START TODAY AT 9AM*** MIDDLES AND BIGS WILL BE GOING TO HOWE CAVERNS TODAY. IF YOUR CAMPER SIGNED UP FOR THE H20 GO BALL PLEASE INCLUDE A SWIMSUIT. REMEMBER CLOSED-TOED SHOES MUST BE WORN. WE SHOULD RETURN AROUND 430 PM. CAMPERS BEING PICKED UP WILL BE DROPPED AT THE BEACH FIRST, THEN WE WILL CONTINUE WITH THE NORMAL BUS ROUTE. IF YOU HAVE LITTLES CAMPING PLEASE PICK THEM UP BETWEEN 800 AND 830. HAVE A GREAT DAY!

Littles camping trip today at Minerva Beach. There will be no program for littles tomorrow. Howe Caverns trip is tomorrow 7/31 for middle and big groups. REMINDER: EARLY START TOMORROW 7/3. PROGRAM WILL BEGIN AT 9AM. BUS WILL LEAVE AT 915AM.

Littles will be going to Magic Forest today. If your little camper is not going on the trip there will be no program for them. We are leaving the beach at approximately 10:15. We will be picked up at Magic Forest between 4:30 and 5:00pm after the program's afternoon bus run. If you are picking your camper up at the beach we should arrive between 5:30 and 6:00pm. If you are not picking your camper up, the bus will return them home after we drop off the campers being picked up at the beach. I will call if we run late or early. The camping trip for the little groups has been postponed until Monday, July 30th. The Howe Caverns trip has been rescheduled for Tuesday, July 31st. There will be normal program tomorrow for ALL campers from 10am-3pm. Thank you

The Magic Forest field trip has been rescheduled for Friday, July 27th. The big groups will be hiking Mt. Severance tomorrow. Please make sure your campers wear sneakers. I think they will be gone most of the day, but if they get back in time they can always swim, so beach gear is always encouraged. Thanks!

I am looking to reschedule the Magic Forest Trip for Friday July 27, 2018. I am waiting for a call back and will let you know asap.

Our last trip of the year! Essex County Fair... bus will leave as close to 10 as possible. Please wear close-toed shoes. We plan to leave the fair at 2pm which would put us back at the beach at normal time. If we run late we will update on here and do our best to contact those who pick up their campers. We will drop off kids who get picked up first and then continue with the normal bus run.

The last week of program is here! This week we have a trip to the Essex County Fair on Wednesday, please wear close-toed shoes. We have decided to move Crazy Hat Day to Friday instead of Thursday. The contest will replace the skit portion of Friday's events. We will have a short award ceremony immediately following the contest and the program will end at approximately 11:30am. Middle and big girls will be camping today. The weather is looking a little unpredictable, so we have a back up plan to move inside if needed. Please pick your campers up by 8:30am tomorrow. There is no program for middle and big girls tomorrow. The littles are supposed to hike to Mammy and Pop's today, if the weather doesn't cooperate we will reschedule. Please wear closed-toed shoes, no flip flops. Thank you

Water Safari trip tomorrow!! **Early Start*** 8am***The bus will leave Minerva beach at 830 am sharp. We will return to Minerva Beach at 6pm for campers being picked up and then continue with the normal bus run. Bev will be leaving the bus garage at 715 am to start the morning run!
