SPECIAL BEEF SALE: This coming late April, we are slaughtering two of our beloved animals on-site at the farm and butchering them in a professional facility. Why are we slaughtering on site? ... For the animal, when we have to process an animal in a USDA inspected facility, we are forced to truck the animal live, this means taking them from the pastures they were born on and have spent their entire lives on with their family to a facility where they spend their last day alone. This process breaks our hearts every time, but it can be prevented by pre-selling our animals in portions of the live animal. Not only is this better for the cow, but it’s better for you as you are getting an amazing quality meat that has no adrenaline in it and you are paying a bulk price for high quality 100% grass fed beef. You can purchase as little as 1/32 of a cow (about 10lbs) or as much as a full cow (about 400lbs of beef).
