Most of the time people (including myself) only post their accomplishments giving some the idea that all they have is success in the gym. This couldn't be furth...er from truth as there have been many undocumented failures along the way. Tuesday was one of those days as I was attempting to complete a 285lb. split jerk and it just wasn't going to happen. However, I'm extremely motivated to try again another day.
