Another successful ballon test. Got this system up and running for a new restaurant planning to open soon. System was last certified in 2019 by different company. However, even though system was certified in 2019 the tank was due for hydrostatic test in 2017, the fusible links required to be replaced semi annually that were removed were dated 2014, cartridge required to be replaced annually was dated 2011, and lastly system was not connected to the buildings fire alarm. All issues corrected by MMG Fire Equipment, Inc certification tag is a only as good as the person/company performing the work.#mmgfire

Went to a new customer location today for routine kitchen fire suppression system service. Upon arrival noticed that the tank was not even connected to mechanic control head, meaning system would not have expelled any suppression agent at all during a fire. Known in the industry as "rag n tag". The certification tag on the system is only as good as the person/ company performing the work.
