Dear Valued Customers, We are facing a difficult time in our country, with the common task of preventing the spread of the Coronavirus in our communities and our nation. This pandemic is having an adverse effect on our economy, our industry and everyone’s daily life. Our priority is to protect the health and wellbeing of our employees so they may care for their family and ensure continued employment. We have encouraged everyone to adhere to the standard protocol established b...y the CDC and the WHO. To facilitate that process we have encouraged all employees and visitors to utilize the wall mounted hand sanitizers installed at the entrance and throughout the buildings of all our locations. Our drivers have been supplied with hand sanitizer, and antibacterial wipes are available for everyone to utilize as they proceed through their daily tasks. We are now compiling a list of directives being distributed by our customers so we may follow their requests. We are also committed to protecting the continued high level of service our customers expect and deserve, which can be achieved with our low level of absenteeism along with being proactive with scheduling and innovative with the changing volumes and fluctuations in shipments being experienced during this crisis. Our industry is once again facing a critical stage with this drastic interruption of the supply chain. The reduction of lift capacity to and from our major international hubs is making it difficult for our base customers who utilize the JFK and EWR gateways. As a reminder, we service YYZ daily which may be an alternate option to consider if you are able to obtain bookings. We are now exploring some expanded services at both JFK and EWR that may expand flight options and help mitigate dreadfully high storage fees. As your service partner, we assure you that we are in this together and that together we will weather the storm. We must keep the lines of communication open.
