Our 173 lake ave little shop that could is now permanently closed. We are NOW OPEN in congress plaza. 26 A congress street, Saratoga springs, ny to be precise. It’s next to the ups store, purdy’s liquor, kin joe Japanese steak house. I rented the old Taylor brewery. The south broadway location wasn’t going to work in this COVID environment. Too small and no bathroom, low electric amperage. It’s now for rent if anyone is interested. Our phone number is still the same 518-584-8584. Moby ricks seafood, the old peppers market, the building built in 1891 at 173 lake ave in Saratoga Springs will soon be no more! If you want to see the old store before the wrecking ball comes knocking at her side within 10 days, come on in soon. We will be moving to 170 south broadway as soon as we can get plumping hooked up. Meanwhile we will still be operating at 173 lake ave. I have heard of stories of people now retired riding there bike there to get a candy or ice cr...eam. Stories of bookies operating on the sly. And great roast beef sandwiches from peppers market. And lately , long lines and a wall full of Christmas orders waiting for Christmas Eve seafood. If anyone has any photos, stories, articles they would like to share, I and the community would love it. We have been there 8 years now. The new owner , Anthony Carollo plans on building a duplex there . He will be asking $750,000 each. I wish him well. He has been a gentleman during the process.
