It is the last Friday of May and right before the Memorial Day Weekend - so what better than bringing back a #FoodieFriday post of what kind of BBQ grilling I like to do? This was a delectable hot dog that I grilled up last year during the Memorial Day Weekend. It was German hot dog that had a "snap", I added roasted red pepper and artichokes to it, than a nice spread of French mustard on top of a toasted potato hot dog bun. So voila - an international Hot Dog! ... Other items that I like to BBQ are burgers , lobster , various types of seafood (clams, mussels and octopus ), and veggies (peppers, mushrooms, bok choy).
