Celebrating the birth and life of the most famous Yogi known to humankind, Jesus Christ. ‘Yogi’ doesn’t mean someone who does asanas or yoga postures, but a very high being who has reached the highest consciousness. Jesus was such a being. He was called ‘The purest of the pure’ and ‘ The King of angels’. What a glorious time of the year, to remind us to live his teachings of love and compassion.

Tomorrow is my YOGA FOR COVID class that I started upon the urging of my Mt. Sinai doctor. He feels strongly that my lungs and throat were unaffected by Covid due to my Yoga and Pranayama (breathing techniques) practice. He has sent me patients who have recovered in a remarkably short time. I teach ancient yogic breathing exercises and restorative yoga postures which help in strengthening the pulmonary system while balancing the nervous system. This practice increases lung v...olume, strengthens tissues and drains lungs of fluids. I feel so blessed to share this incredible knowledge with everyone. Modern science is only just validating what the yogis have been practicing for thousands of years. If you or anyone you know would like to learn proper breathing to recover from illness or maintain good health, please join me.
