Nurses Week. We’re sure that some of our clients forget (and some might not even know at all!) that our injectors are NURSES. We don’t let just anyone poke clients with needles. And you can’t just poke ANYWHERE on the body, either! There is training. There is anatomy knowledge and medical education. There is perfecting. And that’s why our injectors are as amazing as they are! Some of our injectors used to work in the ER, in the ICU, or in operating rooms. They all work...ed their butts off educating themselves to help save lives. And while now they are helping people in a different way by making them feel beautiful and confident and listened to they are still nurses. So, to Michelle, Christy, Sam, and Miranda we are THANKFUL to have you work in our offices each day, and our clients are blessed to have your educated, magical nurse hands make them feel confident. We’ve noticed an uptick in Botox for crow’s feet. Most likely it is the view from behind the mask that we all have the pleasure of seeing day in and day out. At least that’s my best guess. Have you guys noticed this about yourselves as well or am I alone in this ?

It is official! We are now moving forward starting June 1st with a partial reopening at both our Rochester and Buffalo offices! All of us here can’t wait to get back to doing what we love but please be patient with us as we have a lot of lost time to make up. Especially for Lindsay. I really miss making these smiles. This was pre covid-19 and right before a beach vacation getaway for this lovely client. Wishing we were all on some remote paradise beach right now . So what did we do? A little gummy smile correction with Botox! A lot of people don’t realize that Botox can be used around the mouth to help correct an uneven smile, a gummy smile, or to even make the appearance of the lips bigger. Gotta be real careful in this area though because if improperly done then you could end up with a real wonky smile .

Dear Friends and Valued Clients, As community members with families ourselves, we know that there are a lot of concerns and questions surrounding COVID-19 in our community. As we begin to see more cases in or near our communities we are also eagerly watching the news to keep ourselves informed and do our part in keeping our community as safe as possible. In light of this, we wanted to reach out and reassure you that we are doing everything we can to keep our office clean and ...safe so that you can feel confident in coming in as usual. We encourage everyone to stay informed through the CDC website, which has the most accurate information regarding recommendations for activity restrictions and how to keep yourself and others safe. Currently, the CDC recommends avoiding crowds, washing your hands regularly for at least 20 seconds, and staying home if you feel unwell. Here at Monroe MedSpa, we are taking extra care to keep all surfaces cleaned and sanitized multiple times throughout the day, including bathrooms, knobs and handrails, and any surface that is regularly touched. We aren’t concerned about crowds here, as we have a limited number of people in our office at any given time. We are as invested in staying healthy as you are and hope you feel at ease when you visit us. On a personal note, while we are taking extra care, we are also trying to keep our lives as normal as possible. We encourage you to do the same if you can. Don’t forget to take care of yourselves both physically and mentally during this strange time. Stay informed through reliable sources and follow the CDC’s recommendations, but please don’t let fear keep you from doing what you love!
