Great news! Pursuant to Governor Cuomo's directive allowing for the reopening of Marinas, we have started launching boats for customers with signed and fully paid summer contracts. If you haven’t signed or fully paid your summer contract yet, now is the time to do so! In order to show our commitment to you, our valued customers, during this summer season the Marina will be open and prepared to launch boats seven days a week! Our team will be available via phone or email daily... from 9:30am to 6:00pm. Please note that the health and safety of our customers and employees continues to be our principal concern. All of us have to do our part to limit the spread of COVID-19. Strict protocols will be in effect. Social distancing is of the utmost importance. Everyone on Marina property must remain at least six feet apart at all times and wear masks and gloves. The Marina office will only allow one customer inside at a time. Other customers must wait outside the office until it is their turn to enter. We will keep you updated with any changes and wish you good health and a great 2020 boating season

We are happy to inform you that the first set of Wave Attenuator Docks was delivered to our marina. We are expecting the delivery of the second set of Wave Attenuator Docks on Wednesday, December 4th.

After a successful BUOYANCY TEST, the docks are in route to our marina.

WAVE ATTENUATOR - BOYANCY TEST -Buoyancy is the rating of how much weight the Dock Float will handle. -Buoyancy is calculated by measuring the outside dimensions of the Float shape. ... -Buoyancy is important because it is what holds the dock system above the water at some predetermined freeboard. It has been a measured or estimated number. This is how it’s been done forever by every manufacturer even though the method has not been totally accurate.

With an anticipated delivery of the new wave attenuator docks next week, we started painting new already welded pilings with special epoxy paint. That way we will be able to start assembly of the south wave attenuator docks right away.

We are happy to inform you that our first delivery of steel pilings for the new wave attenuator has ARRIVEDThese pilings will create a deep foundation to support heavy loads from the wave attenuator. It will also offer the highest load capacities as well as durable corrosion resistance.
