A huge thank you to everyone that participated with our March Madness feline spay/neuters. With your support we were able to fix 48 cats! We are wishing everyone a happy and healthy Easter weekend! We will be open next week with regular business hours and YES we are still taking regular appointments.

With everything happening in the news nationwide and on the local level we would like to assure everyone that the safety of our clients and their pets is at the forefront of our minds. At this time NO we are NOT closing our hospital unless required. However, we are not able to do house calls. What we are doing is implementing social distancing in such a way that animals will be brought into hospital by one of our staff members and we kindly ask owners to take a seat in their ...car, or outside on our bench, while the doctor performs her exam. We are a hospital and therefore are disinfecting and cleaning on a regular basis throughout the day. We understand that some people are still hesitant on bringing their pets in and that is perfectly fine! We want everyone to feel safe and comfortable at our hospital and will work with you to get anything you need. That being said we do have an online pharmacy for purchasing from our hospital or we can leave food on our bench for after hours pick up. We are off to an amazing start with cat spays and neuters! Spaces are starting to get very limited so if you’ve still been on edge about making an appointment please call soon $25 neuter/ $50 spays and we also offer full packages that include all vaccines.

Stay ahead of kitten season this year with our second annual fix your feline special! Prices will be the same as last year with $50 spays and $25 neuters. We understand how tricky it can be to catch cats sometimes so walk-ins are welcome in the morning, but as always, appointments are preferred.

According to one study, "Periodontal (dental) disease affects over 70% of adults cats and 90% of adult dogs" which is an astounding number! While brushing your pet's teeth would be ideal, for some people it's just not possible so the easier option is having them professionally scaled and polished through your vet. For Christmas we will be closing early on Tuesday, the 25th, at 12 and will reopen Thursday, the 26th, with regular hours. For New Years we will be closing Tuesday the 31st, at noon and reopen Thursday, the 2nd, with regular hours. Please plan ahead if your pets need any medications or to be seen by the doctor. Everyone loves to spoil their four legged kids but there are some big no-no’s when it comes to that delicious turkey dinner you should be aware of before you give your dogs just some scraps.

Tomorrow, Wednesday the 27th, we will be open until 2, Thursday we will be closing for Thanksgiving, and we reopen Friday with regular hours (8:30-5:30). We wish everyone a happy and yummy Thanksgiving with their families!
