Well, Esme’s Monkey Business quilt is finally finished. Earlier in December you may have seen the beginnings. I am not much of a quilter, but I can draw leaves and curlicues that worked pretty well for a youngster’s quilt that will probably get dragged around a bit. I really just like to draw with my HQ Sixteen. Off it goes to CT and Esme! Oh! I wanted to point out that the lint roller is a really important tool for a fabric/fiber artist. Picks up all the small stuff, even dust off wall hangings.

This is Esme, my littlest Granddaughter who insisted on wearing the sweater I knit for her.... when I last saw her. Due to covid it will a long time before we see each other in person again. And here is a quilt, Monkey Business, that I am finishing up just for her!

Here is Wave with a few small stones from the Pacific beach.

Newest. Tidal Gifts and Wave were inspired by our trip to the Pacific beaches of the Olympic Penninsula in Washington state. (I gathered a few mementos) They may be seen at the McKernon Gallery, Hudson Falls.
