(mostly) TRUE THINGS host/creator Jude Treder-Wolff performed an excerpt from her solo show "This Isn't Helping" in a Solo Arts Heals series produced by San Francisco's Marsh Theater, followed by a discussion about burn-out, which is a central theme of the show, featuring Jean Campbell of BraveHeart Retreats. You can watch it on Youtube!
Host/creator Jude Treder-Wolff is in the line-up of The Antidote, a storytelling show with lots of comedy and no COVID, Thursday July 23, 6 pm PT, 8 pm CT, 9 pm EDT. This is a wonderful line-up.
(mostly) TRUE THINGS host/creator Jude Treder-Wolff will perform a 30-minute segment of new material for her solo show "This Isn't Helping" online Monday June 22 at 5 pm EDT as part of the I-Solo-Tion Festival produced by The Armory. Its FREE- but not free of fun and feelings. Email [email protected] to get the link to watch.
(mostly) TRUE THINGS is posting totally true stories by black people about their own experiences in our world of structural racism. In an all-white school located in an all-white neighborhood, Troy Ellen auditions for one of the young girls in Arthur Miller's The Crucible. But based on the color of her skin, the director has a different casting idea for her. This story was recorded at an event by Black Stories Matter.
Bob Brader is a brilliant, riveting solo storytelling artist who has performed multiple times in our live Mostly True Things shows. On Wed June 10, 10:30 pm EDT he will perform his solo show Smoker online. Its free but donations are welcome. You have to see this - he moves from one fascinating character to the next with astonishing skill and the story is fascinating. And if you have ever had a love affair with a substance, you will get a lot of energy from this show.
