RE: Halloween Press Release The Mount Morris Fire/Rescue Dept. Co. Inc. will be holding its annual Halloween Party Saturday October 31, 2020 at the Mount Morr...is Fire Department from 5:00 - 7:00 pm. Due to Covid 19, masks and gloves will be worn while treat bags are distributed. We will be set up outside in front of Fire hall. Treat bags will be given to Trick or Treaters by each organization and Downtown Businesses that is participating. Sponsored by Mount Morris, Mount Morris Partners for Progress, Mount Morris Rotary Club, Mount Morris Ambulance and the Mount Morris Police Benevolent Association. As part of the outreach for our children we are asking all businesses to be open and handing out treat bags. The Downtown area will include from the Fire Hall to the Mills Mansion.
