We’re honored to be selected as a Cabrini Health Foundation grantee. Through this partnership, and the work of countless organizations across our state, we’re working to support vulnerable communities in each corner of New York. This grant will serve our new Desmond Wellness Center that will serve members of the immediate Newburgh area.

Well...we did it, MSMC. We made it through the Fall 2020 semester. We know this semester was a lot, for all of us. Nothing about this semester (or 2020 for that matter) was typical. And yet, we persevered - YOU persevered - and we think we're all a little bit stronger for it. So on this last day of finals, we want to share our gratitude with you and offer for you to do the same. Tag your person in the comments, the one who kept you sane this semester and encouraged you to be ...resilient. Maybe it was a roommate, socially distanced friend, family member, professor...whoever it was, let's end this semester by thanking them for always being there. We're still grateful this year. Yes, 2020 has been rough. Frankly, it hasn't been easy, and the experience has been far from something like normal. But we're still grateful. We're grateful we got to spend the time we did with our students on campus, maintaining some slight semblance of normalcy, and how they stepped up to be vigilent and keep each other safe. We're grateful for this gorgeous campus that never fails to lift our spirits and bring a sense of peace even in a chao...tic world. We're greateful for our incredible faculty and staff, who have risen to the task of this constantly changing landscape and still prove time and again how much they care about our students. And most of all, we're grateful for all of you: Our students, alumni, family members, and friends of the college. YOU are the Mount. This community is what keeps us going, what challenges us to keep fighting and innovating until we can get back to the Mount experience we know and love.
