We are excited to announce that Ashley Sullivan was recently elected as Vice President of the American Society of Cost Segregation Professionals. Ms. Sullivan has over 15 years of experience in the Cost Segregation industry and is a Certified Cost Segregation Professional. She is Chair of the Conference Committee and has completed two successive two-year terms as Secretary of the ASCSP before recently being elected as Vice President. The American Society of Cost Segregatio...n Professionals (ASCSP) was established in response to the growing need for education, credentials, technical standards and a Code of Ethics within the cost segregation industry. We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Kyle R. Young to Director. Kyle joined the company in 2005 and has advanced through a Manager and Principal position, where he has played a key role in growing MS Consultants, LLC to the company that it is today. Kyle R. Young works closely with both building owners and CPAs to ensure the Cost Segregation, 179D Deduction, Tangible Property Regulations, and other engineering based study processes run proficiently through excellent communication, and high regard for client satisfaction. Kyle oversees all of the tax filings requirements in conjunction with the engineering studies. He has traveled to many areas of the country to meet with clients and present to various organizations.
