Since I think music is a good expression of your emotions and I really like this artist. I wanted to share this. You are never alone and if you need any help I am here for you. I care about you even if I have never met you. YOU MATTER!

This is a good song about how depression can make you feel alone and how meds aren’t always the answer to the problem. Learning some ways to cope with depression may be a better solution then just trying to take meds. I will listen and do care how people are feeling.

This is a great example of how you can handle if someone is bullying you. If you want you child to learn how to be able to do this. I can help them practice this technique in sessions.

Good video about what it takes for an addict to get help and how a loved one can help an addict. This woman’s group page is also a good resource.

Just watched this episode. I think this was a great episode about Transgendered teens and the struggles they go through. I think this is a good episode for parents to watch with their kids to talk about it with also. I really hope that more and more people are beginning to be as educated as the doctors portrayed in this show. The way they showed care for the person who identified as female by calling her she from the beginning is a great start and shows informed care in treatment.

It's not your job to fix people. Just love them.
