News from US Immigration and Customs Enforcement. F-1 and M-1 students cannot remain in the United States if their course load is online. This rule removes the temporary exemptions in place due to COVID-19 despite many schools continuing to remain online for the Fall semester. News from the Supreme Court on DACA. The program continues for now. The Government's move to rescind the program has been vacated. More news to follow as to how to move forward with new applications.

Today a father of 2 US Citizen children has been saved from permanent separation from his family and has been protected from certain persecution.
