The well being and safety of our patients and their families is our top priority. Please be assured that we are following all precautions suggested by the Center for Disease Control (CDC), and continue to monitor new information as it becomes available. If you or your child is experiencing any symptoms of respiratory illness (fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath) on the day of your appointment or have been feeling ill during the week leading up to your appoint...ment, PLEASE DO NOT COME INTO THE OFFICE! Instead, please call and we will happily reschedule your appointment. If you feel that the reason for your visit demands immediate attention, please call the office or email Dr. Mao at [email protected]. If you have traveled within the last 14 days from an area with widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19, please call to reschedule your appointment. We will continue to follow OSHA guidelines when disinfecting our surfaces and instruments. All reusable items are sterilized in a heat autoclave. All non-sterilizable items are single-use and discarded after each patient. We encourage all patients and families to use hand sanitizer that is readily available throughout the office. We have also included disinfectant wipes near the iPad stations for your safety. Let's all work together to keep our family members healthy!
