We have heard your concerns regarding rat infestations across the City. Yesterday, we dispatched local vendor DBM Pest Control to rectify this issue by abating ...areas of concern. We have also teamed up with the Building Department to further investigate properties that are in violation of contributing to the infestation with improper garbage storage and placement. Proper storage and placement of garbage assists in keeping these pests away. Depriving pests of food is the BEST defense. Let's work together to combat the rats and improve the quality of life in our City. #mvdpw #dpwstrong #cmvny #dpw #muscleofmountvernon #mountvernon #newyork #ny #nyc #publicworks #maintenance #sewers #streetcleaning #parks #sanitation #engineering #streetlights #highway #roads #community #dpw #strongertogether #pwstrongertogether #npww2021 #npww @mountvernonny
