As the count down to the countdown continues, I don't know what to do with Tuesday. Luckily, I have a wonderful default setting in Tacos. I am forever amused by the dabbing taco encouraging you to enjoy tacos. With all we've been through and all we look forward to, it is nice to know that some things hold their place as anchors of comfort. Taco Tuesday, please and thank you.
