In my country, this rainy but hot weather, where you can hear the birds singing, is great for drinking Turkish coffee. For best taste, Turkish coffee is cooked slowly in a special copper pot (we called cezve) The foam on the coffee shows the mastery of the person cooking. It is somewhat similar to espresso in that it is hard and less. The coffee granules left on the bottom are not drunk, but some like me love to eat that portion.
