Great panel discussion this morning before Long Island Gotham at the LI Raddisson (formerly the Upsky and before that the Smithtown Sheraton). Bottom line is that the foreclosures will continue to have a major impac...t on the market and that there are several opportunities as well as red flags in 2017.
