State of New York collaborated to hold a statewide voter registration drive, which took place across OUR GREAT state in the months of September and October. The Grand Associate Matron Sister Yvonne Ladson (31) and I were appointed Co-Chairs to head this committee. In each District, tables were set up with information on early voting and how to obtain absentee ballots. This information was in both English and Spanish. We also provided school supplies, masks, hand sanitizer, bottles of water, juices, hot dogs and other snacks to the community. The Grand Master's Family Day was well attended; everyone had a wonderful time with family, friends while practicing social distance.... The Prince Hall Temple Associates Virtual meeting was also well attended and informative. The Voter Registration Drive in Districts 2, 3 and 7 with the Sisters and Brothers working hard in the community getting everyone energized with the upcoming Presidential election. Great job to all who worked hard to make these events a success. For those who could not attend the activities, WE know you were there in spirit!
