So cool!! Today is both a Full Moon and the Summer Solstice! So instead of Ashtanga Basics... please come join us this evening for a special Sun/Moon practice. We will honor both sun & moon through salutation to both. Then balance those energies within our own body/mind with pranayama & meditation. This will be followed by our last Yoga Nidra session for the summer season. Everyone welcome! Oh De-Light! Full Moon is paired within 12 hours with the powerful point of solstice boosting both their energies. Wowser! That’s astrological gold!"
