We will skip the design or even the polishing part, or any other parts that are included in full service. ... In this case, we ask you to pay in full for the services that you booked, even if you were too late to have them. We value your time as well as clients’ time after you, and our own. If you arrive late: Your nail tech will be in a rush and can hurt you; The result would not be that perfect because we don't have enough time; We can make a mistake so your manicure won't be long-lasting; Next client will wait for at least 20 minutes (imagine if that was you); As a result, you (or the client after you) will never come back, and we won't survive as a business in this competitive market.
