We currently offer Telemedicine visits. All doctors are available to schedule telemedicine Monday-Friday. Telemedicine is a secure video call with the doctor. You can call us Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:00pm to schedule a telemedicine time slot. On the date of your telehealth visit you will receive an email that will provide a link with a passcode. Please look for an email sent by ELVI@CGMUS, that reads passcode and the doctors name.... This will contain your personal access code for the software and a link to the program. Clicking on the blue link in the email will bring you directly to the software. Please note: the software does not work well with Internet Explorer, but any other internet browser, such as Google Chrome, Safari or Firefox will work. The software can be access by any device that has a camera and microphone, such as a laptop or tablet or cell phone. If you have difficulty accessing the software, please simply wait for a phone call from us at the time of your scheduled visit.

Our ofice will remain closed until May 1, 2020 at which time we will review the Covid-19 situation to make a desicion on a reopening date. Currently all of our physicians are practicing telemedicine and available to schedule by dialing 516-295-1921 Mon-Fri from 9:00am-2:00pm. Currently none of the physicians in our practice are ill nor have they tested positive for Covid-19, the office remains closed to protect the health of its patients and the community. For UVB Light treatments and Biologic injections please speak with the receptionist for further instructions. You can also reach us via your patient portal account.

At this time we ask that only minor children be accomapanied by one adult. We would like to enforce all other patients to refrain from bringing any vistors to the office for their appointment. If you have Flu like symptoms or a fever please do not come in to the office, contact us at 516-295-1921 for other options. If you have a patient portal you can message your doctor and also request medication refills. If you do not have a patient portal and would like to set one up ca...ll us at 516-295-1921 opt 1. There has been a temporary change to our office hours as follows: Monday-Friday9:00am-3:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm and Sunday 9:00am-12:00pm.

NEW TEMPORARY office schedule. Due to COVID-19 we are adjusting our hours as follows until further notice Monday-Friday 9:00am-3:30pm, Saturday 8:00am-12:00pm and Sunday 9:00am-12:00pm. We are also limiting staff as well as the amount of patients per hour and regularly disenfecting the office thoroughout the day. Remember you can always reach us on your patient portal account.

Although there may be a need to limit patient visits and office hours, remeber you can always reach us on your patient portal account. Portal messages and refill request are sent directly to your doctor. Messages are regularly monitored. If you do not have a portal account call us at 516-295-1921 ext. 1 to set up an account.

Atten UV light treatment patients. Due to Covid-19 we may begin to shorten evening hours. Please call ahead before coming in for light treatments in the evenings to make sure the office will be open.

Currently we are reducing the amount of patients and staff per hour for social distancing. Please cancel your appointment if you are feeling sick or have had a fever. Please bring a pen with you in case you need to complete paperwork. We will try to keep the office open as long as possible without putting the staff and community at risk. Thank you.

As of Septmeber 1, 2019 our office will no longer particpate with Community Plan from United Healthcare. We will continue to particpate will all other United healthcare products.
