Bug bites, sun burn, small cuts, rashes, any irritation on the skin I use plantain. I use this plant a lot, it's definitely my favorite Broadleaf Plantain (Plantago major) is pictured above and I bet you can find it all over outside! In your grass, in sidewalks, along roadsides, literally everywhere because it doesn't take much for it to grow. I was out gardening last night and got lots of mosquito bites, so I immediately searched the grass for these plantain leaves. I fold...ed up the leaf and rolled it on my skin. The leaf eventually turns into mush as you can see in the top of the photo. Those rolled up dark green things are each one leaf. Rolling them on the skin helps get out the healing liquid in the plant. This morning, no more bug bites! I also make a lot of salve from this plant so I can use it wherever, whenever. I've had unbelievable success from this plant as well as other who have bought salve from me. (The smaller leaf, ribwort plantain can be used as well, but I find their leaves to be less efficient) My pop-pop use to rub plantain on his hands and arms after gardening to get rid of any poison ivy that he encountered. I did not know this until my mom saw me doing it a few years ago. Thankful for intuitive guidance from my ancestors.

"By putting yourself first, you can help the people around you" I stuffed down a lot of feelings and emotions because I was putting others first. After losing my dad at a young age, I had to be strong for my mom. I also had to make everyone think I was okay. Forget about me. I held in my feelings and emotions for 10 years. I experienced some things that brought me back to the main moment I decided to stuff everything down. My internal battle began. I lost it. I lost my mind. ...I lost my sanity. I lost myself. (this photo is from one of those mentally and emotionally exhausting days when I needed to run away and hike) It took a while, but I healed. I realized my breakdown, my pain, my rock bottom was actually where I found my strength. I had to lose full control in order to gain everything. It didn't stop there. I learned and am still learning so many ways to practice healing daily. I learned we have a physical body, emotional body, and spiritual body which all need equal attention. I learned religion can be spiritual but spirituality is not religion. I learned I truly need to focus on me and my healing to be of help to anyone else. Now I am always my true self and I am devoted to help others do the same. I am here to help you let go, move forward, forgive, and enjoy life! No one has time to pretend we have our shit together. It's exhausting. So just be you!

"Anyone can find dirt on someone. Be the one that finds the gold." In this world we see so much hate. Hate towards other people's differences. We need to realize we are all made to be different physically, emotionally, spiritually, mentally, etc.... Stop thinking your way of life is the right way, the true way, the righteous way. There is no right way. Stop digging up dirt and trying to change people. Instead, LOVE people where they are right now. Love them for who they are. Love them for their mistakes. Love them for their differences - our differences is our own unique gold.

Wild violets (Viola sororia) One of my favorite things to eat in the spring. The heart shaped leaves are like a dry spinach, and the purple flowers are tasty too! ** Safe to consume in large amounts! ... Violets help swollen lymphatic nodes, promote respiratory health, and cleanse the blood. Leaves - high in vitamin a and c, antioxidant, anti inflammatory, and blood thinner

A month ago I captured this photo of me that shows white and purple light - my aura. I've had my aura read a few times in my life. The first 2 times it was described as a bright white light coming from above (heavens) into my head. Makes sense, I have a super strong connection to Spirit. The 3rd and 4th time I was told my aura was purple, which was strange to me since I'm not a huge fan of the color. I read what it meant anyway and it described me very well!... "Purple aura people are highly psychic, attuned to the emotions and moods of others and are very sensitive. They are attuned to animals and can sense their emotions and feelings as well." Also, "Purple emits the highest vibrational frequency of the visible color spectrum. This high vibrations signals a close connection with the spirit realm and all unseen forms of life energy." I love how these spiritual things cannot be seen with the naked eye (although some people have the ability to do so) can be captured in the perfect lighting.

Solar Plexus Crystals citrine, topaz, yellow jade, amber, bumblebee jasper, honey calcite, tigers eye, pyrite, septarian, sunstone (Really any crystal that is yellow) Imagine your chakra as a ball of bright yellow light (that is what it is). As your chakra becomes closed and unbalanced, this light will dim and lose its color.... Crystals are energy amplifiers, so as you hold the crystal close to your body the chakra light brightens and grows, helping your chakra stay open and balanced! Along with crystals, some other ways to heal this chakra: essential oils - rosemary, frankincense, sandalwood, grapefruit yoga - bow, warrior, boat teas - rosemary, fennel, cinnamon food - yellow squash, yellow peppers, oats, banana, corn, pineapple note 528 note C sitting around a bonfire

The Solar Plexus the BEST way to heal any part of your body is through meditation. While meditating, focusing on the solar plexus chakra and visualize the color yellow all around you. Be open to this light. Be vulnerable. Let it consume you.... I meditate in this pose to focus on my solar plexus chakra with both hands on the bottom of my ribs. I also do this same hand position while doing distant Reiki on a client's solar plexus chakra. Here are some mantras to say while meditating to keep your mind focused: I believe in myself I know my value I am strong, powerful, and confident I stand in my power I empower others I take on new challenges confidently I am perfect, whole, and complete I am ambitious and motivated I am only in control of my own emotions and responses I am motivated to pursue my true purpose I make my own decisions with confidence I love and accept myself exactly how I am right now to be continued...

Are you always busy? And stressed? Is there never enough time in the day? Do you think it's normal to feel that way? It's not normal, although society makes us think it is. ... Does meditation work for you? If not, it's probably because your mind is busy. Busy thinking of what you could be doing since you're use to constantly doing something. This week I've been getting a lot of messages about humans not living to their full potential because we are busy. We are too busy to listen to our intuition, our inner guidance. We cannot trust where we are being led if we are not even taking the time to listen. And then we are constantly stressed because of this. Give yourself some quiet time. And avoid the phone. Tell your mind humans need silence. Set aside this time as much as you can and eventually it will be easy to meditate and you'll feel less stressed! How can we trust our intuition when we are not even giving it the time of day. We have all the answers we need in life but we are too distracted to hear/feel/see them. @_charlenes_web_

Know Your Power The Solar Plexus glows when we step into our power! This does not mean be selfish, egotistical, rude or pushy. To be in your power means appreciating your blessings, being positive in who you are and the life you create. Ignore what everyone else is doing in their lives and pursue your dreams and desires.... Acknowledge when you've done something great and praise yourself for it - don't look for other people's approval. Reduce the amount of negative self talk. Be confident! We are strong energetic beings with our own talents and abilities. We are all unique - made to be different from each other. If we were all the same, life would be boring and pointless. Let's grow in our differences! Set goals. Practice daily affirmations. Journal to release. Journal to manifest. Explore your talents and see where they take you. Understand yourself. Make a list of what you are grateful for. Be grounded - STAY IN THE PRESENT
