I started bodybuilding when I was 12 years old and my brother Ron who was a power lifter ..introduced me to Wayne Hammonds the owner of Hammond's gym which was an Intercity gym that consist of all cultures & races with one common goal..to get results..everyone got along and would not hesitate to help one another..Wayne became my training partner &mentor he introduced me to old-school techniques which I still use today Wayne is a natural bodybuilder like myself and he's won numerous titles over the years..
