This week, we asked our student-athletes in leadership roles how do they promote diversity and inclusion. Here’s what sophomore Curtis Raeford had to say. Being an African American man diversity and inclusion is essential and vital. Diversity and Inclusion is being able to accept all no matter the color of one’s skin or gender. Our team has created a judge free zone allowing, all to express themselves. For that I’m thankful to share the field with such great men. I promote...d diversity and inclusion by going to the recent marches and protest, that took place here in Rochester area. I’m constantly preaching to my peers, that we are all human and have to accept each other for who they are.
