Call 2 Arms "Follow-Up": The conference does not intend 2 sell the Academy but 2 rent it out 4 $5million up front, and then 1.5 million each yr. 4 the next...w...ait 4 it...50 yrs.; and house "us" in a building that's been abandoned and under water 4 the last 5 yrs.
