image.png Meeting Notes: 01-17-2019 Board voted to confirm Gary Grome as a life member. Board voted to change the membership application process from a vote process to an application review process. There is a stipulation established that people whose memberships that are revoked must obtain a majority vote to re-apply in the future. Membership applications and fees can be sent to the treasurer, club president, presented at meetings. Proof of insurance are both on record. Reminder- NSC club board and member meetings are 3rd Thursday of the month. The two meetings have been combined to start at 6 pm. May clean up work day is Saturday 05-04-2019 at 10 am. All members should have received a renewal packet including raffle tickets. The raffle is a 50/50 cash raffle. Hunter Education classes will be announced ASAP. 2 new members were voted into our club. Gate lock was replaced by Gary Crawford. Same combo. If you have problems, please contact James at 315-420-3928. Board is looking into how to minimize the damage created by beavers on the club property. Designated member has been asked to obtain information concerning hosting a Traders Day at the club. If you have ideas or information, please send me a message. Board voted to establish a new (temp) NSC position referred to as board support staff. This person(s) would be willing to attend meetings, assist with committees, assist with NSC management tasks, and most importantly they will have voting ability when board members are absent. This position will be on a trial status for one year. At that time the board will begin the proper procedure to see if we will continue the position in the future.
