Holiday happenstance! Walking back from dinner in east Harlem, the #treslechescafe caught my eye. When faced with choices of flavors - did the most logical! The pineapple was my fav, but the more tart passion fruit and the fruity guava were not far behind. The trifecta had all the milk-logged sponge cake goodness one could wish for.

Phenomenal short rib #christmas dinner. Slow cooking for 8 hours teaches you the virtue of patience that pays off. The tomato and wine based sauce perfectly complimented the juicy and rich meat.
