The Joy of Scootering - THIS Saturday March 23 @1pm Steve Thomas, avid Vespa rider, will give a presentation on what he thinks is the Joy of riding a Scooter. Steve is a local teacher and uses his Vespa for commuting and seems to love riding it. Steve did a video interview on this subject for Channel 10 in 2011. He is a very enthusiastic and fun speaker.
