I remember I met the CEO of @compass @robreffkin at an event in Manhattan some 7 or so years ago. He had just started his real estate company Urban Compass in NYC and seemed excited but still a bit nervous about what was to come. I heard he ran like a million marathons for charity and raised a gazillion dollars and that impressed me. I’ve only done 6 marathons and they were all for my own selfish bragging rights. I kept a watch on him and his firm for about a couple of years... and jumped at the chance to join them, mainly because I believed in Robert. Anyone that meets him will tell you that he’s a special individual. I’m very proud of this guy.
