Busy week writing offers with my buyers. We were 2 for 2! Two offers written and both were accepted. I’m so happy for my buyers because they really fought hard in this market. For one of the offers there were 26 other offers, but using some strategies tailored to this unique combination of the purchase situation and my buyers, we were able to beat all the other offers.
